Dust In The Sunlight are a indie/pop duo from Essex and Devon respectively, now based in London. The duo consists of Annie Rew Shaw aka Austel (vocals and multi-instrumentalist) and Billy Wright formerly of ‘Arcaves’ (Guitar, vocals) who are known for their curation of delicately crafted contemplative song writing, set against a landscape of brooding dream filled dark pop.
Following a chance meeting at ‘Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly’s’ studio, contributing vocals to his latest album, Billy and Annie quickly realised how well their voices melded together. That evening, they wrote their first two songs and Dust In The Sunlight was formed.
